Is it wise to get a high loan at interest, pay off that loan with a 0% APR credit line, then reinvest it?

Michael asked: Paying a portion or paying all of that loan with credit at 0% APR. Afterwards reinvesting it to performing stocks or forex before the 0% APR switches to a fixed or variable rate???Brent

I have poor credit and no money, who would loan money for me to invest in flipping houses?

L H asked: I am interested in purchasing investment properties below market value, rehabing them, and selling them as affordable housing. Is there a company out there that would finance me with a hard money loan or a bad credit/no credit loan?Loretta
